Role Overview:

As the Sales Office Manager at our Newport branch, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, managing quotes, and coaching your team to achieve exceptional results. You will work closely with the team to maximise opportunities and ensure we deliver the best possible service to our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven leader with a strong background in sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Proactively manage and drive sales activities to ensure business growth and target achievement.
  • Chase Quotes: Ensure timely follow-ups on quotes, working to convert leads into sales and securing new business.
  • Team Coaching: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to a motivated team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction is consistently maintained.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for success.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with senior leadership to align on branch targets, strategies, and initiatives.
