Personal Specifications
- Previous restaurant supervisory experience essential, preferably fine dine
- Restaurant Assistant Manager experience background in quality organisations
- Hotel experience beneficial,
- Excellent proven customer service track record
- Team player, motivator, leader with outstanding communication skills
