A flexible, independent Accountancy practice are seeking an Accounts Senior/ Assistant Manager to join their friendly team.


This position free on-site parking, flexible working, hybrid working a generous holiday entitlement.


The Accounts Senior/ Assistant Manager will need to demonstrate experience of training and supervisors others and can work autonomously. You will be working directly with the Partners of the practice. It is imperative you are a good communicator and listener.


You do need to have gained previous accountancy practice experience to be considered for this opportunity.



Duties and Responsibilities;

Supervising other team members

Management of the workflow through the accounts department

Prioritise your work load and assisting with organising Trainees, Accounts Assistants.

Completion of Accounts preparation, bookkeeping and VAT work

Professional in your relationships with other staff members and clients

Proactive in terms of improving workflow management and efficiency

Knowledgeable on cloud bookkeeping software, including Xero, Taxcalc, and Sage line 50.



This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Senior seeking the opportunity to progress and develop your leadership skills in a highly flexible environment. Working Hours; 35 hours per week Mon-Friday, with hybrid workingfrom home available.
