Based on the Isle of Wight, my client are an industry-leading manufacturing and production business. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Finance Assistant to join the team.
Description
Finance Assistant:
- Maintaining Accounts Receivable Records: Recording and managing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Invoicing: Generating and issuing invoices to customers for products or services rendered.
- Credit Control: Monitoring customer accounts, following up on overdue payments, and implementing credit control procedures.
- Reconciliation: Reconciling sales ledger accounts with payments received and resolving any discrepancies.
- Customer Queries: Addressing customer queries and providing assistance regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Reporting: Generating regular reports on accounts receivable status and providing insights to management.
Profile
Finance Assistant:
- Sage 50 and Sage Payroll experience
- Working knowledge of accounts receivable
- Working knowledge of excel - pivot tables/v-lookups
- Adaptable
- Working intercommunication skills
- Attention to detail
