We are seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous and enjoys working with numbers. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for data inputting, processing invoices, cash counting, and managing spreadsheets, utilising the County's CIA system.About the School;

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Accurately input data into the County's CIA system.
  • Process invoices efficiently, ensuring all payments are up-to-date.
  • Count and manage cash transactions.
  • Maintain and update financial spreadsheets with precision.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a finance role, particularly in data entry and invoice processing.
  • Proficient in using financial software and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
