Academics are currently recruiting for a qualified English Teacher to work with an excellent Secondary school in the Caerphilly borough. This is a part time position, due to start in March 2025 and a strong chance of the role extending into a permanent position. This vacancy would also be an excellent opportunity for both Newly Qualified Teacher's (NQT's) as well as more experienced teachers.

You will have the ability to teach with patience and tact, and to create a supportive learning environment which will help your students meet their learning goals. Through interesting and diverse methods, you'll devleop a full understanding of the Maths syllabus. The right candidate will also provide a creative and exciting learning environment whereby pupils are motivated and encouraged to show ambition, to maximise their potential, and to embrace all aspects of school life in order to develop a wide-ranging skill set.

Job Requirements include:

  • A genuine passion for English Language
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with staff and pupils
  • Experience of teaching KS3 & KS4
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • In possession of a clear DBS and registered with the EWC
