An exciting opportunity to join a well established Estate Agency in the Newport area. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised full time Administrative Assistant with experience in Lettings to join a very happy and busy team. This is a varied and dynamic role that involves providing essential support to office staff and ensuring smooth office operations, an onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office duties, including typing, copying, binding, scanning, and filing.
  • Drafting and sending letters and emails on behalf of office staff.
  • Reception duties, greeting visitors, and handling telephone inquiries.
  • Maintaining both computer and manual filing systems.
  • Liaising with vendors, landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Coordinating office procedures and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Responding to emails, telephone calls, and face-to-face inquiries.
  • Updating and improving administrative systems for greater efficiency.
  • Managing staff appointments and schedules.
  • Organising maintenance, landlord, and tenant requests.
  • Assisting with property viewings and negotiating where applicable.
  • Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of office administration procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Good telephone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in managing administrative processes.
  • Full UK driving license.
