As a Sales Director, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to meet revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction. This role is critical to maintaining and expanding our client base and ensuring we provide first-class recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

* Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Maximising company-wide sales performance by providing coaching & mentoring.
* Identifying new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
* Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
* Leading pitches and negotiations with key clients.
* Monitoring market trends and undertaking competitor analysis.
* Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
* Liaising closely with the Head Office Bids & Tenders team to prepare tenders and proposals.
* Working closely with French parent company Synergie to identify and develop European-wide opportunities.

The successful candidate must have:

* Full UK driving licence.
* Proven track record in a senior sales role within the recruitment industry.
* Extensive experience managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
* Strong negotiation and sales skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
* Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
