Hours:Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am 3:30pm
Pay Rate:£85.04 per day

Were seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant with a background or strong interest in sports, coaching, or physical education to join our team. This role focuses on working with secondary-aged pupils who may face challenges in learning and managing emotions. Some students have additional learning needs and benefit from structured, engaging support tailored to their individual goals.
Role Requirements:
- Provide in-class support for low-ability learners, including those with additional learning needs, helping to motivate and engage them.
- Use sports and physical activity as tools to build rapport, develop social skills, and encourage positive behavior.
- Assist students in managing emotions constructively, supporting them in developing skills for learning and self-regulation.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to implement individualized learning plans.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background or interest in sports, coaching, physical education, or similar fields.
- Experience working with young people, ideally those facing learning or behavioral challenges.
- Ability to build trust and positively influence students who may feel disengaged or frustrated.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive impact on students educational experiences.
