We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a child-centered team in Newport. You will be working in a nurturing and supportive environment, committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people. Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People (CYP) (essential).
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children and young people (CYP).
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins, which are paid at 50 per sleep-in.
