R&V Ltd is looking for individuals who have an upbeat personality who are ready to work as care assistants for our client. We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team. It is essential that candidates are patient, understanding and respectful towards the residents individual abilities and own a car.

Experience:

  • Be able to demonstrate experience of working with young people in a relevant social care setting or undertaking voluntary work with this client group.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Assessment and Care Planning Management.
  • Have experience of working with or supporting children with a disability

Aptitude & Skills

  • Be able to work within a complex professional environment.
  • Be able to work under pressure and handle sometimes conflicting demands.
  • Be able to work directly with professionals in the team undertaking joint tasks.
  • To understand the boundaries of the role.
  • Be able to work alone and use initiative within boundaries set by Team Manager.
  • Be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with colleagues.
  • Hold a current driving Licence

  • Must be able to drive and have access to their own car in order to commute to and from the service
