As a Dynamics Developer, you will be instrumental in developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications tailored to meet our client's specific needs, ensuring the delivery of top-tier services.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplined squad using various technologies to build and improve enterprise-grade services tailored for our client's needs.
- Take proactive accountability for the squad's deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system issues that impact our client's services.
- Contribute to the technical strategy for the department, focusing on solutions that meet our client's objectives.
- Engage in continuous learning to develop and enhance skills in core areas and beyond, directly impacting client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role, with a focus on MS Dynamics and Power Apps.
- Proven experience in delivering technical solutions, particularly for client-focused projects.
- Strong proficiency with modern delivery models such as Scrum and other Agile methodologies.
- Advocate of DevOps principles, especially in a client-service context.
- Experience working in a Microsoft Azure Cloud-first environment, with a grasp of Azure DevOps.
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years to meet clearance requirements for working with sensitive client information.
