We are seeking a Senior Developer with a passion for technology and a desire to deliver high-quality IT services. This role is crucial for the continuous improvement of our core applications, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be part of a multi-disciplined squad, working with various technologies to build enterprise-grade services and contribute to the technical strategy of the department.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Work within a multi-disciplined squad to develop, improve, and maintain enterprise-grade IT services.
  • Learn new technologies and methodologies to deliver high-quality IT services.
  • Proactively take accountability for the squad’s assigned deliveries.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system issues.
  • Contribute to the technical strategy and advocate for DevOps principles.
  • Specialise in MS Dynamics and Power Apps, with opportunities to develop additional skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in delivering technical solutions as part of large projects.
  • Familiarity with modern delivery models such as Scrum and other Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles.
  • Experience working in a Microsoft Azure Cloud-first team.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship and meet the relevant security clearance (minimum 5 years consistent residence in the UK).
