This is a UK Remote you (you MUST be based in the UK to apply for this role & they do not offer visa sponsorship). Need to be able to visit office once or twice a month.

Some of the key responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee a detailed development roadmap, project timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, development, QA, UAT, and business stakeholders.

  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews.

  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and implement strategies to minimize project disruptions.

  • Act as the main contact for stakeholders, providing project updates and facilitating communication.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project scope, technical requirements, and testing guides.

  • Identify and drive process improvements in project management practices.

Some of the requirements:

  • Project management within software development, managing end-to-end projects.

  • Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Tools like Jira and Confluence.

  • High-level and technical documentation, including user guides.

  • Problem-solving and independent, collaborative work.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Technical concepts, bridging communication between stakeholders and developers.

  • Quality Assurance (QA) principles and processes to meet high delivery standards.
