  • Your New Role

As a Project Surveyor, you will undertake comprehensive project management duties across all phases of allocated projects. You will oversee pre-contract, contract phase, and post-contract activities, manage supply chain partners, lead multiple capital investment schemes, and ensure adherence to all relevant statutory regulations. Your role will also involve budget management, stakeholder communication, and frequent site inspections.

  • What You Will Need to Be Successful

You will need proven experience in project management within the construction or related industry, strong knowledge of project contract documents and relevant statutory regulations, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and proficiency in project management techniques and budget management.
