Surveyor/ Clerk of Works

We are recruiting for a surveyor / clerk of works on a long-term contract to be responsible for the quality checking of upgrades and improvement works.

-Monitoring of the work of contractors on site

-Ensuring works are finished to the desired quality standard

-Production of snagging lists where required

-Post inspections of completed works

Candidates should have experience of working as a surveyor or clerk of works, supervising the work of contractors on site, checking quality of works.
