An integral member of the Rubix Engineering Services Division, Hydraflow was founded in 1998 and serves over 250 customers including some of the largest manufacturers in the UK.


We are specialists in the repair and refurbishment of hydraulic Pumps & Valves, Powerpacks, and hydraulic Grabs; and in the repair, re-manufacture or replacement of hydraulic Cylinders and Rams.


Hydraflow also provides general engineering services in maintenance, repair and overhaul into industry sectors including; Steel, Marine, Aggregates, Waste Management & Recycling, Heavy Plant & Machinery, Paper and Packaging and Food & Beverage.


Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Deep knowledge of hydraulic systems is highly preferred.
  • Structured and data driven customer acquisition process
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided).


Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a Service and Repair organisation and familiarity with equipment used across a variety of industry sectors: Steel, Waste & recycling, Aggregates, Paper & Packaging, Food & Beverage, Marine, Heavy (Construction) plant / Lifting equipment.
  • Time-served, apprentice trained Engineer, ideally qualified to HNC / Degree level in a Manufacturing / Business discipline.
