Salary:48,000 per annum
Shift Pattern:Panama Shift (7 days on, 7 days off within a 14-day period)
Our client, a leading player in the FMCG sector, is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a state-of-the-art facility, where your expertise will be vital to maintaining and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform both reactive and preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process optimization and cost reduction.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience:Proven experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, with food production experience being highly desirable.
- Qualifications:Apprentice trained with a strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Skills:Comprehensive knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and electrical circuits. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
