Job Title: HGV Technician Location: Newport Salary: £17.00 an hour

Hours: Full time, permanent Working at our Newport workshop on rotating shifts Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm and 13.30pm to 22.00pm and alternate Saturdays paid at time and a half.Here at The Recruitment Co, we are currently recruiting HGV Mechanics to work for a company in Newport on a Permanent contract.Requirements

HGV technician level 3 qualifications or equivalent with proven HGV experience
Good diagnostic skills.
Desire to undertake ongoing training.
HGV class 1/2 driving licence desirable
Mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skill
Experience in servicing and repairing commercial vehicle
Certifications in vehicle maintenance and repai
Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
Excellent problem-solving skill
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Iveco vehicles is a plus
Experience in computer aided diagnostics is preferable but not essential
