A&G Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting for a temp-perm Warehouse Operative for our client based in Newport.

Monday-Friday

10:00am-16:00pm

£11.75/h

Main Duties will involve:

Picking, and preparing orders
Ensuring proper post presentation for daily collection.
Fulfil orders and liaising with couriers for despatches.
Receiving and managing incoming stock.
Maintain key KPIs for efficiency, service, and stock accuracy.
Resolve order issues promptly and positively
Liaising with wider operation team and Sales to identify the route cause.
Quality checking all products
Keeping are nice and tidy
Following all health and safety rules and regulations.

Requirements:

Preferred experience in a similar packing, warehouse, or fulfilment role.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software (preferred).
Strong communication skills.
Goal-oriented, organised, and self-motivated.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
