JOB TITLE: GROUP PR MANAGER

As the group PR Manager you will effectively execute the PR and media coverage strategy for this hotel group.

Responsibilities, but not limited too:

1. Develop a comprehensive press release strategy: Create compelling press releases highlighting key events, promotions, milestones, and unique selling points of each hotel, restaurant, and spa across the group. Distribute these press releases to relevant media contacts and outlets.

2. Submit awards and nominations: Identify relevant industry awards and submit entries showcasing the excellence and innovation of the properties. Winning awards can significantly boost the brand's reputation and garner media attention.

3. Nurture relationships with key media contacts: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers covering the hospitality industry. Provide them with relevant news, story ideas, and exclusive access to events to secure positive coverage.

4. Manage the press office and media database: Keep an organisedand up-to-date media database with contact information, preferences, and past interactions. Ensure timely and accurate responses to media inquiries and requests for information.

5. Enhance journalist and influencer experiences: Offer personalisedexperiences to visiting journalists and influencers to showcase the unique offerings and services of properties. This can lead to positive reviews and social media posts that amplify the brand's reach.

6. Collaborate with the marketing manager: Work closely with the marketing manager to align PR efforts with marketing campaigns and objectives. Ensure that brand guidelines are followed consistently across all communication channels.

7. Create engaging marketing campaigns: Develop audience-focused marketing campaigns that resonate with target customers and highlight the value propositions of properties. Use a mix of traditional and digital channels for maximum impact.

8. Proactively pitch ideas and proposals: Stay ahead of industry trends and generate creative proposals that align with popular themes and support the overall sales and marketing strategy. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the target audience to drive successful campaigns.
