Project Engineer

Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experience Project Engineer to join our clients team based in Newquay.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and support engineering and technical teams involved in manufacturing projects, focusing on project execution and improvement.

Daily Management of Projects: Ensure structured daily management of projects, applying tools like VPM (Visual Project Management) to ensure the projects stay on track.

Stakeholder Communication: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring communication is effective across multiple functions and business levels.

Desired Qualifications:

Educational Background: Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical/operations field.

Experience: Hands-on experience in managing manufacturing engineering projects or improvements, particularly in environments that require continuous change management.

Proven Track Record: Experience in improving and sustaining safety, quality, and performance of manufacturing equipment.

Skills: Ability to plan effectively, analyse data for decision-making, and a structured approach to project management.
