We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in NEC 3 contracts, MECICA, and civil engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the process industry, including water and waste sectors. This role requires a confident professional who can handle commercial challenges and is adept at managing claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee contracts, ensuring compliance with NEC 3 standards.
• Handle MECICA and civil engineering aspects of projects.
• Work across various process industries, including water and waste.
• Manage and resolve claims efficiently.
• Confidently address and navigate commercial challenges.
• Collaborate with both client and contractor sides.
• Be present on-site 90% of the time to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager.
• Strong knowledge of NEC 3 contracts.
• Experience with MECICA and civil engineering.
• Background in process industries, particularly water and waste.
• Expertise in managing claims and commercial challenges.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and contractors.
• Willingness to be on-site 90% of the time.
