The ability to list new property would be an advantage. Responsibilities for this Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:

Market Appraisal generation
Experience of listing would be advantageous
Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings
Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback
Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments
