M365 Lead Recruitment Agency Ref: 154872We are working with one of the UK's top universities in recruiting for an M365 Lead on a permanent basis. This role will manage productivity tools within Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) and ensure that these services are being delivered to a high standard. You will also lead an exciting Digital Workplace project over the next 3 years, as well as line manage a small team of 2-3 engineers.Salary: £54,000 per annum plus 10% annual bonusDuration: PermanentLocation: Hybrid - on-site expectation in Cornwall few times per monthThe successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Resolving any major incidents or escalated issues across M365 productivity tools
  • Delivering a variety of projects, including a large data migration from local drives into SharePoint
  • Identifying and performing any improvements to the services
  • Ensuring the security, resilience, backup, and monitoring of the platforms
  • Deputising for the Manager as required
  • Managing a small team of 2-3 engineers

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience of SharePoint administration
  • Power Platform experience is desirable
  • Ability to mentor and delegate to junior team members
  • Flexibility to travel on-site a minimum of once a month
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders across the organisation
