My client are seeking an enthusiasticF&Bmanager who is lookingready to input change throughout the business with the support of the Hotel Management Team.
Responsibilities;
- Overseeing the main Restaurant & Bar
- Ensuring service standards at all times
- Supporting and motivatingyour F&B team- recruitment and training
- AchievingBar GP
- Achieving wages budget
- All Health & Safety & Food Safety management
This is a permanent full time position with an annual salary between 27,000 - 28,000 per annum + share of gratuities
