My client are seeking an enthusiasticF&Bmanager who is lookingready to input change throughout the business with the support of the Hotel Management Team.

Responsibilities;

Overseeing the main Restaurant & Bar
Ensuring service standards at all times
Supporting and motivatingyour F&B team- recruitment and training
AchievingBar GP
Achieving wages budget
All Health & Safety & Food Safety management

This is a permanent full time position with an annual salary between 27,000 - 28,000 per annum + share of gratuities
