This is a new role and initially you will work between Monday and Friday in the afternoons but you must be able to cover for the main receptionist during holidays or at busy times of the year and you must be able to work on the occasional Saturday as and when its needed.
This vacancy is initially for 16 hours but as the role progresses then we shall increase the hours, it maybe that you work full days rather than part days.
- You should have experience of working with the public either on the telephone, face to face and via email.
- We are all computerised with our bookings in both the workshop and the recovery and breakdown side of the business.
- You will working with suppliers in ordering parts but also our recovery agents in finding information about jobs they have sent to us.
- You may have experience in the Apex recovery system or of Autowork workshop system but this isn't essential as full training will be given.
- You will assist the Service Manager and work with the Main Receptionist and provide her with a detailed hand over at the end of your shift.
- You must be able to multi-task as the reception can be extremely busy.
Training will be given on our specific systems and we will provide a uniform.
The vacancy will start in the New Year so the successful candidate has time to learn the systems before everything gets busier towards Easter.
