Role Overview:
As a Customs Agent, you will be responsible for managing the customs clearance process, ensuring that all import and export activities comply with relevant regulations. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of customs procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Customs Declarations: Accurately prepare and submit import and export declarations, ensuring compliance with UK and Irish customs regulations.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert advice on customs matters and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Compliance Management: Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations, particularly in the post-Brexit context, to ensure ongoing compliance.
