Parts Advisor

Location: Bessbrook, Newry, BT35 7NB

Salary: £24,837 - £25,686 per annum

Hours: Mon – Fri, 08:30 - 17:30 (15min break, 45min lunch) – No Saturdays

They continue to grow as a business thanks to their dedicated staff and together work on providing an excellent customer experience.

The Role

Due to the continued development of their Aftersales business, they require a Parts Advisor to join their busy Team.

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for:

Processing/Costing of Retail, Internal & Warranty work
Inbound and Outbound calling
Pre Pic for w/shop service & repairs
Processing purchase invoices
Processing & filing of paper work
Providing cover when required to parts desk operations
Ensuring that their customers receive an excellent aftersales experience

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in a parts advisor/store role
Working experience with Electronic Parts Catalogue & Dealer Management System (not essential as training can be provided)
Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
