Are you a Production Manager / Team Leader from an FMCG / Food background looking for a varied and autonomous leadership role within a small company offering opportunities to progress to senior roles and overtime to increase your earnings?
On offer is the opportunity to join a thriving food manufacturer, in a new role which has arisen due to growth. Established 30 years ago, the company have seen continued success and have a great reputation in their industry.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20 Operatives, overseeing the whole production process and ensuring that all KPI activity and efficiency metrics are reached. You will liaise with the Production and Planning departments to ensure the smooth operation of the factory, as well as occasionally assisting with production work as and when required.
This role would suit a Production Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader from a Food or FMCG background looking to join a growing business, offering variety within your day-to-day activities and autonomy to stamp your mark on the business, directly impacting future success.
The Role:
- Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all tasks
- Assisting with planning and procurement to ensure that all sites receive planned allocation
- Implement strategies to optimise production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Flexible hours dependent on site requirement
