In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role within a well-established company. You will manage the production team and the process cycle and influence KPI activity and ongoing business decisions. You will oversee all aspects of the production process and have responsibilities with other departments and the senior leadership team.
This role would suit a Production Supervisor from a Manufacturing background looking to work for a prestigious market-leading company, taking the reins of the production processes with opportunities to increase earnings through overtime.
The Role:
- Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all tasks
- Assisting with planning and procurement to ensure that all sites receive planned allocation
- Implement strategies to optimise production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Flexible hours dependent on site requirement

- Food / FMCG background
