We're seeking two enthusiastic and detail-oriented Band 3 Admin Assistants to become vital members of our Trust Home Care team!

What You'll Do:
- Scheduling: Creating and managing efficient work rotas for our dedicated Home Care Assistants, ensuring every client receives the care they need.
- Creative Problem Solver: Quickly resolving scheduling conflicts, arranging cover for absences, and adapting to changing needs
- Teamwork: Collaborating closely with Home Care Supervisors to anticipate challenges and ensure seamless communication.
- Payroll Precision: Accurately processing payroll information and invoices
- Health & Wellbeing Coordinator: Scheduling Occupational Health appointments and managing related communications.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language AND 1 years' experience in a administrative role OR 2 years' experience in a administrative role.
- A positive attitude, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to teamwork!
