Do you enjoy helping people through email and written communication? Are you calm, organised, and good with words? We’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to support our client Branded Garden Products from their contact centre in Paignton – with a strong focus on email-based support.

This seasonal role is perfect for anyone who prefers writing over phone calls, and enjoys solving problems and providing helpful, friendly service in a clear and professional way.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Most of your day will be spent handling email enquiries from customers – helping with everything from placing orders to answering questions about deliveries, product details, and more. You’ll also respond to occasional queries on social media or help process postal orders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer emails with clear, thoughtful, and accurate replies
  • Processing customer orders and checking details with care
  • Investigating and resolving issues like delivery delays or missing items
  • Writing follow-up messages to keep customers updated
  • Supporting other parts of the contact centre team if needed – This will involve answering calls!

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You’ve got strong written communication skills – clear, friendly, and professional
  • You’re comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
  • You can stay calm and focused, even when handling tricky messages
  • You’re organised and have good attention to detail
  • You’re happy to work as part of a team and help where needed
  • A love of plants or gardening is a lovely bonus, but not required!

Full training will be provided – no previous contact centre experience needed.
