A well-known Tier 1 contractor is starting a large extension project valued at over £40 million in Channings Wood Prison, Newton Abbot.
They are seeking a setting out/site engineer to manage the project from start to finish.
Candidates should have relevant experience and an in-date CSCS card, with a BPSS and Basic DBS required for the role.
The salary will vary depending on whether the contractor or candidate provides the kit, and the role is set to start immediately.

A well known Tier 1 contractor are about to start a project in Channings Wood Prison, Newton Abbot. The project is a large extension to the existing building and is valued 40million upwards, with realistic opportunity of further work.

The project is looking for a setting out / site engineer to take on the project for start to finish. The engineering will be setting out, surveying in all aspects.

You will be required to undergo a BPSS, Basic DBS and the role will start immediately (Can be discussed further at interview stage)

You will need an in date CSCS card. Kit can be provider by contractor or candidate - this will effect the rate. Should this be of interest, please get in touch.
