CONSTRUCTION/SITE MANAGER - RENEWABLE ENERGY

Location: Newton Abbot

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Benefits Package

Work Pattern: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days home-based)

The Role: We're seeking an experienced Construction/Site Manager to oversee the development and execution of large-scale solar farm projects in the Newton Abbot area. This is a key leadership position within a rapidly expanding renewable energy organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management and coordination of solar farm construction projects

Leading and supervising construction teams and subcontractors

Ensuring project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets

Maintaining health and safety standards and site compliance

Coordinating with clients and technical teams

Managing resource allocation and equipment deployment

Quality control and progress monitoring

Risk assessment and mitigation planning

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience in solar farm construction management

Strong track record in delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects

18th edition city & guilds 2382-22

First aid certification

Experience with construction management software

Valid UK driving license

CSCS Card
