Development Project and Sales Officer

As a Development Project and Sales Officer, you will support the delivery and sale of new homes for Teign Housing, primarily affordable rent or shared ownership but potentially also including homes for open market sale.

In this role, youll be working on projects in Teignbridge and across South Devon, assisting the Project Manager and Development Manager delivering new schemes on time and to budget, ensuring implementation of the development programme.

You will also provide administrative support to the Development Team and the Head of Asset Investment.

About you

Every day will bring different challenges, so we require an individual with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills who can interpret complex information with accuracy and attention to detail.

Previous experience of working in a property development or a sales related role is desirable.

Finally, it is essential that our Development Project and Sales Officer is computer literate and conversant with Microsoft Office applications or be willing to learn.
