Data Administrator, Full-Time, Temporary, 37.5hrs per week - 8.30am-5.00pm, Office Based, Enhanced DBS, Newton Abbot - Devon, Parking on-site.
Are you looking for your next challenge? We are looking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator with strong Excel skills.
This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a busy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Data management including advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) to maintain and analyse data.
- Administrative Support, providng general office and administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and maintaining accurate filing systems.
- Communication, taking messages, liasing with other teams and generally ensuring smooth communication and timely responses to inquiries.
Key Skills
- Strong Excel skills.
- Enhanced DBS (desirable).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
