Key Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide classroom support by assisting teachers with lesson delivery and activities.

  • Work closely with students, offering both group and 1:1 support tailored to their needs.

  • Help promote students’ academic progress, social skills, and emotional development.

  • Adapt to different classroom environments with a proactive and positive attitude.

  • Monitor and report student progress to teaching staff.

  • Contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive learning atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking enthusiastic candidates who thrive in diverse educational settings. You’ll need:

  • Experience working with children (previous experience in schools is beneficial but not essential).

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

  • The flexibility to adapt quickly to new challenges and environments.

  • A proactive approach to supporting students and contributing to their success.

  • Experience with special educational needs (SEN) is beneficial but not essential.

  • Backgrounds in care work, youth work, or similar roles are highly valued.
