The ideal candidate should have the ability to perform electrical installation tasks effectively, adhering to the National Working Rules for Electrical Contracting, the current IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671), the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, and the Construction Industry Safety Regulations.

You will be a vital contributor to the successful and timely completion of projects, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, showcasing professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality electrical installations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in adhering to industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and electrical codes.
• Skilled in using electrical testing equipment, tools, and machinery to perform installations and diagnostics.
• Demonstrates reliability and adaptability in varying work conditions, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Experience / Certification:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation for Buildings & Structures.
• Completion of a registered apprenticeship in a relevant field, with hands-on training and experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and fault-finding.

Hours:

• This role is based on a 39-hour working week, Monday - Friday.
