Your new companyWorking at Channings Wood prison. This role is 3 days per week and will be for around 3 years.Pay is £14 per hour.Working hours are 730 - 430pm with 1 hour lunch. These start and finish times can be flexible depending on individual. They would consider someone to do part time hours across 5 days also. Your new roleMain Duties:

  • Monitoring and uploading smart waste tickets
  • You will be working alongside the wider smart waste team - notify the wider team of the companies to remove smart waste to create licenses to be logged onto the system
  • Produce reports from the system (RIO) to generate reports for the site team
  • Adding waste data
  • Adding energy data this includes electric and water meter readings for entire site
  • Adding subcontractor fuel data
  • Adding material deliveries as required
  • Add transport data as required
  • Adding all waste, fuel and material delivery tickets as evidence for waste compliance
  • Ensuring we have the correct permits for waste carriers and waste destinations uploaded to the system
  • Download monthly reports needed for client and BREEAM reporting
  • Monthly review to ensure accuracy of data and on track to achieve waste and energy targets

What you'll need to succeed

  • Construction site admin experience ideal but not essential
  • Individual should have good admin experience.
  • You will be required to undertake security clearance which we pay and arrange for.
