Location: Newton Abbot
Salary: Basic Up to £13.50 per hour DOE overtime at time and a half
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 with Saturdays on a rota basis 07:30 - 12:00
A new opportunity has arisen to join our client's business as a Parts Advisor at their site in Newton Abbot to provide excellent customer service to our parts customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Source and allocate parts
• Stock monitoring
• Answer phone calls, emails and walk ins from customers
• Taking orders from customers
• Ensure the correct parts are identified and dispatched to internal and external customers, liaising with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and, in most cases, exceeded.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous experience with parts
• Experience of using Kerridge/ADP preferable
• Customer focused and excellent customer service at all times
• Excellent relationship building with clients
• Is highly organised and adaptable
• Team Player
• Has a driving licence (essential)
