We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively present products and services to clients. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, ensuring that you deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
  • Creating, developing and growling a sales pipeline for effective BD.
  • Present technical information clearly and effectively, ensuring clients understand the benefits of products and services.
  • Develop strategies for new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Utilise organisational skills to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions post-sale.
  • Use tools such as Excel for reporting and analysis as needed.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales engineering role or similar position is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Have a positive and energetic attitude.
