As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, ensuring that you deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
- Creating, developing and growling a sales pipeline for effective BD.
- Present technical information clearly and effectively, ensuring clients understand the benefits of products and services.
- Develop strategies for new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Utilise organisational skills to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions post-sale.
- Use tools such as Excel for reporting and analysis as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales engineering role or similar position is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Have a positive and energetic attitude.
