gap personnel are looking for a friendly, multi-skilled Snagger / Handyman to join our client's aftercare team, ensuring their beautifully crafted park homes are ready for happy homeowners across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Add the perfect finishing touches to luxury park homes
- Tackle a variety of tasks such as:
- Home siting and levelling
- Roofing, cladding, carpentry, and kitchen fitting
- Window and door installations
- Painting, decorating, tiling, sealing, and flooring
- Basic plumbing and electrics
- Deliver friendly, professional service to customers
- Handle any customer feedback with a can-do attitude
- Keep accurate records and complete job paperwork
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and look after your tools

Who We’re Looking For
- A practical, skilled worker with a great eye for detail
- Confident working alone and as part of a team
- Holds a Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- CSCS card and relevant experience a big bonus
