Our client deal with HNW and they are looking for a motivated Administrator to join their Advisor Support team. This opportunity has arisen due to internal career progression where an administrator has transitioning to a paraplanning role.  If you're passionate about making a difference in the world of advice, this is an incredible opportunity to grow your career in a company committed to giving the best advice to their clients.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a dedicated team of Financial Advisors and Paraplanners.
  • Maintain and update the client database.
  • Process new business applications and manage client information.
  • Assist in writing basic reports and maintaining documentation.
  • Perform general office duties.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, product providers, and the advisory team.
  An ideal candidate will have experience in financial services administration. A working knowledge of platforms and a proactive mindset and a desire to work towards a Diploma in Financial Planning.
