gap personnel are currently recruiting for 2 Order Process Operators based within the Customer Service department – a flourishing mail order/ ecommerce distributor in Heathfield trading estate.

You will be joining a company of enthusiastic, friendly professionals who enjoying helping and supporting customers about their favourite topic – Books! They sell a wide variety of fiction, nonfiction and children’s books through their monthly catalogues, website and ecommerce channels.

In your role as an Order Processor, you will be taking roughly 80 – 100 calls a day, processing book orders and helping with queries in regards to stock and deliveries.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 7.5hrs per day. Working 75 hours a month, 2 full weeks, 2 weeks off etc. 

Within this department, you will benefit from having experience or transferable skills such as previous customer service experience, such as retail or in a call centre environment. Being professional and polite is absolutely essential for this customer facing role.
