Your Role: As a Production Supervisor, you will be an essential part of the team, reporting to the Production Manager and leading a team to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire your team daily, ensuring efficient and consistent production that meets our high-quality standards.
  • Performance Management: Achieve departmental targets and key performance indicator milestones, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and team performance.
  • Team Development: Support and document training, develop team members, and promote a collaborative and problem-solving culture.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Work closely with the Production Manager for effective planning, scheduling, and progress feedback.
  • Leading by Example: Demonstrate company values through active leadership, coaching your team to adopt the right mindset and behaviours.
  • Operational Efficiency: Establish processes to ensure equipment reliability and consistent operational demands.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to and drive continuous improvements within the unit and across the business.

Education and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Experience in creating and implementing training plans.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Understanding of Lean manufacturing.
