Mego Employment is recruiting on behalf of our client located in Heathfield Industrial Estate. With over 60 years of experience, our client has built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and innovative design, consistently delivering projects with precision and excellence.

We are looking for candidates for various trade roles, including junior plumbers, carpentry supervisors, painting and decorating team leaders, floor and wall tilers, and more. The ideal candidates will bring hands-on expertise and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across different trades.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively interact with team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• A positive "can do" attitude and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Reliability and flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing demands.

Experience/Certification:

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the relevant trade.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications are desirable.

Hours:

• This role is based on a 39-hour working week, Monday - Friday.
