Taking ownership of a team of Hub Coordinators and Independence & Wellbeing Advisors, you will ensure that we maximise our residents quality of life by building sustainable communities in cleaner, greener and safer neighbourhoods.

About the Senior Hub Coordinator role

As our Senior Hub Coordinator, you will lead our home visiting service to deliver high-quality housing, whilst forging close partnerships with other agencies to make certain that services are seamless. Your remit will span health and safety, repairs, furnishings and cleanliness as well as managing voids, lettings, rent payments and compliance with tenancy conditions, so you will enjoy significant impact on the lives of our more vulnerable residents.

About you

Deep understanding of the issues facing older people is essential, backed by a proven record in customer-facing roles and demonstrable ability to maintain detailed paperwork. A seasoned and successful manager, you will be adept at building productive relationships, interpreting tax and benefit legislation, and coaching and mentoring colleagues.

If you have current a CioH Supported Housing qualification and current knowledge of housing benefits, so much the better, but its your empathy, passion and determination to make a difference that will matter most.
